This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, lead field operations, and work with a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and accountability.Position OverviewThe Lead Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for small-scale and special projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate subcontractors, communicate with stakeholders, and drive project success from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction operations for multiple small and special projectsManage project schedules, sequencing, and daily coordination of subcontractorsEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standardsCollaborate with Project Managers, clients, and design teamsOversee site logistics, materials management, and inspectionsIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project timelinesMaintain accurate daily reports and project documentationMentor field staff and promote a positive, team-oriented jobsite cultureQualifications3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionProven experience managing small-scale or special projects (renovations, tenant improvements, fast-track work, etc.)Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with construction technology and reporting toolsBenefitsSalary: $110k-$130k Full Health, Vision, Dental AllowancesBonusPTO/Vacation
