You’ll oversee design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical systems for high-impact projects in Healthcare, Federal, Critical Facilities, Commercial, and Aviation sectors. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise engineering staff, driving technical excellence Act as Engineer of Record and guide projects from concept to completion Oversee mechanical system design, standards, and specifications Manage Construction Administration tasks, proposals, and contracts Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team culture What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (PE license required) 15+ years in consulting (MEP focus) + 7+ years PM experience 3+ years in a supervisory leadership role Proven Healthcare design experience (other sectors a plus) Why Join Us?
