About the Role Title: Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) – responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics, documentation, communication with referral sources, inbound calls, support for marketing and admissions, and becoming a subject‑matter expert on autism. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative functions including document management, tracking people and items, and internal/external communication with referral sources. Provide excellent support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership. Act as a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand our services. Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas. Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Benefits Base salary $40,000–$45,000 with bonus potential up to $6,000. Generous paid time off: 22 days in year 1 (10 holidays, 10 paid days, plus 2 flex days).
