In addition, Butterfly Pediatric Therapy is growing its infant feeding and developmental program and offers group services to enhance social engagement and skills. Role Description The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will provide direct, evidence-informed OT services to infants and children, including evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing intervention. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to support functional outcomes at home, school, and in the community. The therapist will address sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, self-care, play, and feeding-related concerns while maintaining a supportive, playful, and safe environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellevue, WA and Issaquah WA requiring consistent in-person engagement with children and families. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will also contribute to program development, including infant services and group-based interventions. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in pediatric Occupational Therapy and Early Intervention across a variety of developmental and functional needs. Experience with Sensory Integration approaches and supporting regulation, attention, and participation in daily activities. Background in Pediatrics and working with children in clinic, home, or school-based settings. Comfort and competence in Working With Children and families, including caregiver coaching and family-centered care. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington. Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, ST, feeding specialists) and participate in program and group development.
