We are growing and want you to grow with us too!Job DescriptionToyota of Cool Springs is seeking a well-spoken, friendly, and customer-centric call center agent.SummaryProvide truly exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment at a high volume dealership.ResponsibilitiesAnswers incoming calls promptly and professionallyObtains customer and vehicle informationCreates appointments for vehicle maintenance, service and recallsMakes outbound calls to existing customers to follow-up on recent service and schedule next appointmentsQualificationsPositive attitudeWell-spoken with previous call center/receptionist experienceProficiency with computersMust be able to multi-taskMust be a solution-oriented problem solverCustomer Satisfaction focusedWhat We OfferBase pay $17/hour plus commissions and bonus, guaranteed minimum of at least $19.50/hour401(k) Savings Plan with Employer-MatchMedical InsuranceDental PlanVision PlanBasic Life InsuranceAccident & Critical Illness InsurancePaid Vacation5-Day Work WeekLocally OwnedWe promote from within
