Responsibilities

Warmly welcome clients as they walk into our Altoona office.

Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails with kindness and efficiency.

Help our policyholders understand their current coverage and make necessary adjustments.

Keep our client records up to date in our database so we can provide the best possible support.

Collaborate with the rest of the office team to ensure every client leaves feeling heard and valued.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and office software.

Clear, friendly, and patient communication style.

Punctuality and a consistent attendance record.

Previous customer service experience is appreciated, but we are happy to teach the right person.

Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license.
