Greasecycle is expanding throughout Central Virginia and is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new used cooking oil (UCO) collection accounts throughout the territory. This is a true outside sales role focused on generating new business and building long-term customer relationships.

You'll spend your time in the field meeting restaurant owners, food manufacturers, kitchen managers, and other decision-makers. You'll identify opportunities, educate prospects, negotiate agreements, and close new accounts.

What You'll Do

• Own and develop the Central Virginia territory, including Roanoke, Lynchburg, Harrisonburg, and surrounding markets
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face prospecting
• Conduct meetings with restaurant owners, operators, and business decision-makers
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements
• Close new accounts and drive territory growth
• Develop long-term customer relationships
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
• Represent Greasecycle professionally in the marketplace

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of prospecting, generating leads, and closing new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to restaurants, food service operators, distributors, manufacturers, or hospitality businesses
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and sales activity
• Experience in route-based services, recycling, environmental services, waste, logistics, fuel, food service, or related industries
