Returns Processing Specialist

Location: 324 N 4th Street Indiana, PA 15701 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: Performs various duties in the Bank's Operations- Research Exceptions area. Duties and Responsibilities: Assumes direct responsibility for duties including one or more of the following: Exceptions Processing: Verifies the following Safe Deposit Box documents are properly processed: Assist in handling retail inquires for overdrafts and return items. Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization. Compile data for monthly productivity reporting. Perform additional duties as required. Assist with training of new Non-Post/Returns staff members. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device, operates office equipment. Sitting is required 99% of the day. Utilizes manual dexterity skills for typing, filing, and data entry on a frequent basis, up to 75% of the business day. Possess the ability to focus visually at a close distance of 18"-20" for a period of up to 75% of the business day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, stand, walk, and reach with hand and/or arm throughout the business day.
