Registered Nurse - Emergency DepartmentThis is a 13-week contract position.12-hour Night Shift (7p - 7a) with a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends. Typical rotation is 7 on and 7 off with varying hours based on departmental needs.The Emergency Department consists of a 11-bed Main ED, 6-bed ED Fast Track, and 7-bed ED Observation Unit. Nurses are expected to rotate through various areas regularly, including Triage, Quick Registration, and Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed. Nurses can expect daily assignments in different areas depending on patient volume and unit needs.Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department.Rotate through Main ED, ED Fast Track, and ED Observation Unit.Conduct Triage and Quick Registration tasks as assigned.Assist with Covid testing and immunizations as needed.Adapt to changing assignments based on patient needs throughout the shift.Minimum of two years of recent RN experience in the Emergency Department.Must hold current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and conscious sedation certification (provided through the facility after confirmation for an additional fee).At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
