We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with professionalism, accuracy, and a helpful approach in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position for someone who can create a positive experience on every interaction while managing inquiries efficiently and thoroughly. The ideal candidate is dependable during scheduled hours, communicates clearly, and takes feedback well to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with patience, clarity, and a service-focused attitude.
• Guide customers through questions, applications, or order-related needs to help them complete the correct forms accurately the first time.
• Record customer details and enter information carefully to maintain complete and accurate documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding items to reduce delays and keep customer requests moving toward resolution.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication as needed to provide updates, gather missing information, and resolve issues.
• Remain available and engaged during assigned queue hours, maintaining consistent attendance and dependable coverage.
• Apply coaching and feedback to improve call quality, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.• Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and detail-focused manner.
• Experience with order entry or accurately entering customer information into systems.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain next steps clearly.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on complete and correct first-time responses.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to stay productive during scheduled working hours.
• Receptive to coaching and able to adjust performance based on feedback.
