Corp 2 Corp Overall Experience 12YRS+ Job SummaryWe are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Business Analyst with deep experience in Private Equity to support deal lifecycle, portfolio monitoring, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business, investment, and technology teams, driving data-driven decisions across deal sourcing, due diligence, investment execution, and portfolio management.Key ResponsibilitiesPrivate Equity Domain ExpertiseAct as SME across the end-to-end Private Equity lifecycle:Deal sourcing & pipeline trackingDue diligence (financial, operational, commercial)Investment structuring & executionPortfolio company performance monitoringExit strategies (IPO, M&A, secondary sales)Work closely with investment teams to analyze:Financial models (LBO, IRR, NPV)Valuations and KPIsFund performance and cash flowsBusiness Analysis & DeliveryElicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)Translate complex investment workflows into scalable technology solutionsLead gap analysis, impact analysis, and process re-engineeringDrive data mapping and integration requirements across systemsRequired Skills & Qualifications12 years of experience as a Business Analyst5+ years in Private Equity / Asset Management domainStrong understanding of:Fund structures (LP/GP models)Capital lifecycle (commitment ? deployment ? exit)Financial modeling concepts (IRR, MOIC, cash flows)Proven experience with:Agile / Scrum methodologiesData analysis (SQL, Excel advanced)BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)Key SME ExpectationsDeep domain credibility with investment teamsAbility to challenge assumptions and validate business logicTranslate financial concepts into technical requirementsLead strategic initiatives, not just requirement gatheringWhat Makes This Role SME-LevelYou are not just documenting requirements—you:Influence investment decisionsUnderstand deal economics deeplyBridge front-office (deal team) and technologyDrive strategic transformation initiatives Abode Techzone LLC
