Systems Integration & Process Improvement
- EHR Optimization: Partner with Information Technology (IT) and clinical teams on Electronic Health Record (EHR) content development, data standardization, and system integration.
- Workflow Enhancement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to streamline processes across clinical and business units.

- Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership/supervisory experience in a Health Information environment.
- Fiscal & Operational Leadership: Proven experience managing operational workflows, resource allocations, personnel budgets, and supervisory teams.
