Little Red Robins Daycare & Preschool is looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Childcare Providers/Preschool Teachers to join our team!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide loving, attentive care and supervision
• Keep children safe, happy, and engaged
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Use positive behavior guidance and classroom management
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and administration professionally
• Work together with your classroom team
• Follow all center policies, procedures, and safety requirements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous childcare, preschool, teaching, or educational experience preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development is a plus
• Experience with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to create fun and engaging activities
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred

Don't have CPR/First Aid? That's okay! WE PROVIDE TRAINING!

Early Childhood Education coursework or a degree is a plus, but we are also interested in candidates with strong childcare experience and a genuine passion for working with children.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

ALL applicants must be able to successfully pass required Child Abuse and Criminal History Background Checks.

Reliability is extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who understands that being on time, showing up consistently, and being someone your team can count on matters!

SCHEDULE:

Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Applicants must have availability to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
