HSE Site Specialist - Onshore Wind Farm

HSE Site Specialist We are seeking an experienced Freelance HSE Specialist to support health, safety and environmental compliance during the construction and assembly of concrete tower (CT) structures for a major renewable energy project. This position is offered on a 4:1 rotation, suitable for independent contractors working on a self‑employed basis. This position is to work with leading onshore wind turbine OEM in Germany. Key Responsibilities Oversee HSE compliance during concrete tower assembly activities. Review subcontractor RAMS, HSE plans and training matrices. Conduct site inspections, audits and safety walkdowns. Manage work permits and ensure safe systems of work. Support incident investigations and corrective action plans. Promote strong HSE culture and environmental best practices. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and HSE‑related suppliers. Requirements Right to work in Europe without sponsorship. Relevant HSE qualification. Experience in construction of wind‑sector projects beneficial. Strong communication, problem‑solving and HSE leadership abilities.
