Senior Specialist Operational Excellence Manufacturing (m/f/x) Aptar is seeking a Senior Specialist Operational Excellence based in Freyung. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the Freyung site, focusing on processes, products, and quality. The role is central to elevating operational performance, aligning with Aptar’s strategic goals, and delivering measurable savings and efficiency gains. As a Senior Specialist Operational Excellence Manufacturing, you will Design and execute the site’s continuous improvement strategy aligned with global operational excellence objectives Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement impactful improvement initiatives Oversee Six Sigma and Lean projects, including TPM, SMED, SPC, and Shopfloor Management initiatives Generate cost savings that meet or exceed budget expectations through process optimization and waste reduction Implement digital performance management tools and QRQC systems to track and sustain improvements Support Six Sigma training initiatives, aiming for at least 5% of the workforce to be certified annually Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Senior Specialist Operational Excellence Manufacturing (m/f/x) with a strong engineering background and Six Sigma certification to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, drive process optimization, and implement lean and digital performance tools at our Freyung site. Education Engineering degree or equivalent qualification Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt preferred and desirable Required Skills Proven track record in process improvement and project management within manufacturing environments Strong analytical skills as well as strong technical expertise Aptar is an equal opportunities employer.
