Regional Director of Sales

Driving new business growth, the full-time salaried Regional Director of Sales will manage a defined territory, engage with colleges and universities, and navigate complex sales cycles to align solutions with institutional priorities, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and manage a defined territory, including prospecting and strategic account planning Convert inbound leads and proactively generate new pipeline through outreach and targeted strategies Lead complex sales cycles using a consultative, value-based approach and partner with Solutions Engineers for tailored presentations Required qualifications 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in Higher Education Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex environments Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals with both business and technical buyers Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to map solutions to institutional outcomes Highly organized with experience in pipeline and territory management
