Project Manager- Commercial/Data Center ConcreteWhat You’ll Be DoingManage multiple commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate directly with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving safely and efficientlyOversee project schedules, production tracking, and cost controlDrive quality control and ensure work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and project requirementsSupport estimating, budgeting, procurement, and contract changesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors, suppliers, field teams, and project personnelHelp identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain schedule and productivitySupport commercial concrete projects including structural cast-in-place podiums and multi-phase data center constructionMaintain an active presence both in the office and in the field to support operations, coordination, and client relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For5–7 years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projectsExperience with structural cast-in-place concrete construction requiredData center construction experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of foundations, slabs, elevated decks, podium structures, and structural concrete operationsExperience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously ($5M–$10M+ preferred)Ability to lead and communicate effectively with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsStrong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and contract changesHands-on leadership style with the ability to balance office management and field involvementConcrete construction experience is requiredWillingness to travel periodically based on project location and operational needsWe are an equal opportunity employer: We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, military status, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, or status with regard to public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. #LI-ER1
