Rad Tech

As a Rad Tech at CentraCare you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Key responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety operating X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images and maintaining accurate patient records. You’ll work with doctors nurses and other healthcare professionals you can trust to provide the best care possible for our patients. We welcome new grads and experienced technologists to apply!

SCHEDULE

• Full time | 64 hours every two weeks
• Monday-Friday | 3:00 pm-11:00 pm
• Occasional weekends or holidays

PAY & BENEFITS

• Starting pay begins at 31.88 per hour and increases with experience
• Pay range: 31.88-47.83/hour
• Evening & weekend shift differential

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree as Radiology Technologist or Associate Degree in Radiology
• Member of AART or registry eligible within 6 months of hire.
• Pursues on-going continuing education relevant to position and sufficient to maintain ARRT certification.
• To be eligible for the hiring bonus student loan repayment or relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
