Accounting Associate (Multifamily)

The Accounting Associate will support the accounting department with daily administrative and financial tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, account reconciliations, vendor communication, and maintaining accurate financial records. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and ready to grow within a fast-paced property management environment. Tasks & Responsibilities Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records Assist with account reconciliations and data entry Support vendor communication and payment tracking Organize and maintain accounting files and reports Assist with daily administrative tasks for the accounting department Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information Provide support to the multifamily corporate accounting team as needed Requirements Previous administrative or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and professionalism Property management or multifamily experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required #J-18808-Ljbffr
