Sí, se puede!!**Resumen General del Puesto:**Realiza gestiones internas de ventas a clientes vía telefónica, utilizando discado predictivo, ofrece posibles soluciones que sean satisfactorias tanto para el cliente como para la compañía en cumplimiento con las políticas, procedimientos de la institución y legislación aplicables.**Educación:**Mínimo 2 años de estudios preferiblemente en el campo de Administración de Empresas.**Experiencia:**3 años de experiencia trabajando en ventas, telemercadeo por vía telefónica.**Características Críticas:*** Dinamismo* Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión* Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas* Orientado a servicio al cliente* Destrezas de negociación* Excelentes destrezas de comunicación* Habilidad para trabajar con metas* Orientado hacia sistemas automatizados* Programas: MS Office**Island Finance, LLC. ofrece a sus empleados un programa de beneficios competitivos tanto para ellos como para sus familias.
