Salary commensurate with experience* Overview Location: Albany, NY - Hybrid Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 We are seeking a QA Analyst/Technical Writer who will support our client with performing quality assurance reviews on project deliverables, technical documentation, and work products using established templates, style guides, standards, and checklists. This role will track deliverable activity, report progress, maintain QA dashboards, and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and an excellent written communicator with strong experience reviewing technical documentation and managing deadlines. Duties Conduct quality assurance / quality control checks on project deliverables and work products based on established quality templates and style guides, standards, and checklists Report on progress on a regular basis Update the QA team tracker for in‑flight and upcoming tasks Maintain the deliverable tracking dashboard to create leadership status reports on current and upcoming deliverable activity Mandatory Qualifications Associate’s Degree or combination of experience and education 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst performing quality assurance on technical documentation 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Project 5+ years of experience working with Integrated Eligibility related projects 2+ years of experience working with Medicaid related projects Familiarity with Microsoft Visio Excellent attention to detail for reviewing project documents and work products based on QA checklists Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite for copy‑editing project documents and work products Ability to collaborate with project stakeholders and team leads to drive deliverable completion by project deadlines Excellent written communicator that can work with project team members to effectively convey any identified gaps and what needs to be fixed Ability to self‑manage task completion to established deadlines Desirable Qualifications PMP Certification Familiarity with operating based on established processes defined by the Project Management Plan Knowledge of Medicaid systems and ability to quickly absorb new information Ability to plan head on project tasks based on team capacity Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
