As a Program Leader, you’re in charge of leading Booster programs on school campuses, guiding a team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impacting students. Responsibilities Program Leadership – responsible for day‑to‑day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience. Event Management – lead high‑energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics. Team Leadership – guide your campus team to create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration. Student Engagement – creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students. Client Care – build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care. Qualifications Excellent communication skills: connect professionally with students, faculty, and staff via written and verbal communication. Positive attitude: display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team. Growth mindset: demonstrate a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Good judgment: possess a strong sense of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented: hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner. Enthusiastic: connect enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays. Work Environment Team events, award ceremonies, celebration trips, free lunches, dinners, and more. Tech: MacBook and $50/month cell phone allowance. Music subscription: $12/month Spotify subscription. Insurance benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental; potential moving/recruiting bonuses.
