• Lead full-cycle searches from initial communication to final offering.

• Utilize our comprehensive platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and stay organized.
• Focus on long-term permanent placements that generate sustainable value for clients while maximizing your commission.

Your Profile

• 2 to 3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare sector, or a willingness to learnwe are here to guide you.
• Proficient in managing client relationships and closing deals.
• Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided).
• An entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to develop a long-term career.
