What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBAs, preference assessments)

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

• Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, with a focus on treatment integrity and professional growth

• Deliver caregiver training and maintain strong family communication

• Collect and analyze client data to guide clinical decision-making

• Collaborate with schools, families, and community providers as part of an integrated care team

What We Offer

• Salary: $70,000 – $110,000 per year (full time) | $60-$90 an hour (part time) -based on experience

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

• Active Tennessee LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) licensure, or eligibility to obtain

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
