Hiring: Senior Estimator
\n- \n
- Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for new construction projects \n
- Review blueprints, specs, drawings, and bid packages to determine project scope and requirements \n
- Evaluate labor, materials, equipment, and associated project costs \n
- Participate in site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and gather information \n
- Identify and resolve scope discrepancies to ensure accurate proposals and pricing \n
- Track project changes, change orders, etc. while maintaining accurate records \n
