Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with one weekend call per month and holiday availability required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive patient care during the night shift, ensuring that all health records are accurately maintained and that all protocols are adhered to. The RN must be open to assisting with critical staffing needs and working on holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients during night shifts.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor patient health and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaboration with healthcare team members to maintain optimal patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Updated immunizations: COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and others as specified.
• Successful completion of required training and competency evaluations.
