Experience: 14 years
Required: 8 years software development, 5 years Salesforce development
- Salesforce Development: Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
- Agentforce / AI: Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Agent Script, actions, topics, Data 360 grounding, retrievers, Trust Layer governance.
- Salesforce Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, CDC, middleware.
- DevOps & Release Management: Salesforce DX, Metadata API, Git, CI/CD, automated testing.
- Technical Leadership: Architecture, code reviews, mentoring, performance optimization, Agile delivery.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
