We are an award-winning and nationally recognized insurance agency serving clients across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Our agency focuses on protecting families and businesses while delivering outstanding customer service.
We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and professional individual to join our team in a customer service role. This position focuses on helping clients with their policies, answering questions, and making sure our customers receive the support they need.
We provide full training and licensing support for the right candidate. This position also offers long-term career growth opportunities within our agency.
We are a high-performing and competitive agency, which means we are very selective when choosing who joins our team. We look for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent service to our clients.

ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with policy questions, changes, and general service needs
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
Help clients understand their insurance coverage and options
Maintain organized client records and follow agency procedures
Work closely with the agency team to ensure clients receive the best experience possible
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with computers and basic office software
Ability to learn new systems and processes
Must be dependable and able to work well in a team environment
Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training and support provided)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
