MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking a Lease Administrator to support the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) commercial leasing program in Greensboro, NC or Denver, CO. In this role, you will support a high-profile federal real estate portfolio by managing lease agreements, renewals, contract modifications, and supporting documentation for USPS facilities. You will work closely with landlords, USPS stakeholders, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure lease actions are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with USPS and federal requirements. Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage commercial leases, subleases, amendments, and related lease agreements.
• Coordinate and process USPS lease renewals, extensions, terminations, and contract modifications.
• Review legal documents, contracts, and lease packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain and update lease records, databases, tracking systems, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for landlords, USPS stakeholders, legal teams, and internal departments.
• Track critical dates, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely execution of lease actions.
• Manage multiple lease transactions and priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Support day-to-day commercial real estate and property management operations.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation related to lease activity and status updates.
• Research and resolve lease-related questions, discrepancies, and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve lease administration processes, workflows, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with USPS policies, federal requirements, and contractual obligations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 35+ years of experience in lease administration of commercial real estate/properties or a related field.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and managing leases, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing processes, terminology, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to travel occasionally and support flexible hours when needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting USPS, federal government, or public-sector real estate programs.
• Prior experience working with commercial lease renewals, contract modifications, and large real estate portfolios.
• Experience with real estate software for data analytics, comps, and marketing (CoStar/Loopnet, CREXi, VTS, CompStak)
• Experience using lease administration systems, lease tracking software, or commercial real estate databases.
• Strong lease negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with federal leasing requirements, policies, or real estate regulations.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment with multiple concurrent lease actions
