Property Administrator & Tenant Relations Coordinator

$28.85 - $31.25 per hour

Overview Our client, an established commercial property management company, recently acquired a mixed‑use (office and retail) high‑rise in Downtown Denver and is seeking a Property Administrator and Tenant Experience Coordinator to join their team. This individual must be a people‑oriented professional who enjoys engaging with the building community and demonstrates strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills, along with creativity and attention to detail. This is a 100% in‑office position located in Downtown Denver (free parking included). The five core competencies for this role include Customer Focus: Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness to tenant needs Event Coordination: Creative and detail‑oriented in planning and executing tenant engagement initiatives Operational Efficiency: Maintains accurate records and supports smooth daily office operations Communication: Skilled in clear, professional correspondence at all levels Adaptability: Effectively balances administrative responsibilities with tenant engagement initiatives Job Duties Administrative & Office Operations Welcome visitors to the management office and respond to inquiries in a professional, customer‑focused manner Monitor and order office supplies and coordinate maintenance or repair of office equipment Maintain tenant certificates of insurance, contracts, and other property documentation in accordance with company policies Provide administrative support to the Senior Property Manager, General Manager, and Chief Engineer as needed Process property invoices in Nexus, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment Track and bill tenant work orders and prepare miscellaneous charge statements Follow up with tenants regarding unpaid rent or outstanding balances Assist with financial record‑keeping and reporting related to property operations and events Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and the Property Management team, ensuring clear and professional communication Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and coordinate service requests to ensure timely resolution Conduct regular tenant check‑ins and assist with organizing annual tenant meetings to gather feedback and strengthen relationships Maintain tenant contact lists, welcome packages, and tenant handbooks Support community outreach programs, tenant recognition initiatives, and wellness partnerships to enhance tenant engagement Event Planning & Marketing Plan, coordinate, and execute tenant events, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and post‑event reporting Create promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media posts using Canva and Mailchimp Manage property communication tools, including updates to the property website, Angus portal, and event calendars Develop and maintain marketing materials such as amenity guides, tenant discount programs, and newsletters Track event attendance and feedback to measure success and identify improvement opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required 1 + years of experience in property management Experience in Accounts Payable required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with property management systems such as Angus and Nexus (strongly preferred) Experience with social media marketing and tools like Mailchimp and Canva Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr J.
