Description – Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab tests in areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all while adhering to established protocols.

• Support specimen collection activities and prepare samples for testing when needed.
• Keep meticulous documentation of all processes, mentor new staff or students, and help to maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean workspace while observing regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health field along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
