Assistant Project Manager - Data Center / Advanced Technology (Travel)

A leading national design-build general contractor is expanding its project management team and seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support major data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects . This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional looking to build experience on large, technically complex projects with a contractor offering long-term career growth. What You’ll Do Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution Assist with RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, cost tracking, and documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, design partners, and project leadership Participate in project meetings and help maintain schedule and quality objectives Develop toward increased project ownership and future Project Manager responsibilities What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field Early-career construction experience preferred Experience with a general contractor or design-build environment is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel or accept project assignments as needed Experience in data centers is valuable but not required . Candidates coming from advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, or other complex construction environments are encouraged to apply.
