We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director – BFSI to drive strategic growth and enterprise sales initiatives across the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IT services / digital transformation sales, managing CXO relationships, and closing large deals within BFSI accounts. Location: Iselin, NJ (Open to relocation) Key Responsibilities s:Drive revenue growth and new business acquisition in BFSI vertic alBuild and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-make rsIdentify opportunities in Digital, Data, Cloud, AI, Engineering, and Enterprise IT servic esOwn end-to-end sales cycle including pipeline management, proposal discussions, and deal closur esCollaborate with delivery and leadership teams for solutioning and account grow Preferred Profile le:12+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales with strong BFSI expos ureProven success in hunting and managing large strategic accou ntsStrong network within banking, financial services, and insurance ecosys temExcellent stakeholder management and consultative selling ski #J-18808-Ljbffr
