Elite Fuels Transportation INC is looking for an organized and people-focused HR & Recruiting Support Specialist to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, recruiting support, transportation, or logistics who is interested in growing within Human Resources.

This position will support the day-to-day recruiting process, HR administration, commercial driver onboarding, and front-office operations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings
• Review resumes and applications for basic qualifications
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and maintain recruiting records
• Collect and track new-hire and pre-employment documentation
• Request MVRs and assist with CDL, medical card, endorsement, and Driver Qualification File (DQF) documentation
• Perform HR data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
• Provide administrative support to HR and Safety & Compliance
• Greet candidates, employees, drivers, vendors, and visitors
• Answer and route incoming calls and assist with general front-office duties

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Occasional overtime as needed
On-site – Riverside, CA

Transportation, trucking, logistics, HR, or recruiting experience is a plus.

Experience with commercial driver hiring, MVRs, CDL documentation, DQFs, DOT documentation, or Tenstreet is highly preferred but not required.
