What You’ll Do As a Mobile Crisis Team Lead , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our team delivers timely and effective crisis intervention services. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating mobile crisis response efforts. Providing guidance and support to team members during crisis situations. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care. Collaborating with community resources to connect individuals with appropriate services. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of crisis interventions. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a related field. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals in crisis.
