This is more than a job - it's an opportunity to shape the future of medicine.Responsibilities:Admissions SupportManage application materials and ensure completeness of submissionsCoordinate and schedule applicant interviews, leading communications with candidates and faculty reviewersCollaborate with Program Managers to finalize interview schedules and admissions workflowsTrack and update applicant statuses; maintain admissions databasesDraft and send admissions-related communicationsPlan and facilitate admissions events (e.g., information sessions)Respond to prospective student inquiriesProgram Operations SupportAssist with student registration, enrollment, and general program communicationsSupport program events and student engagement activitiesTrack and organize course information, evaluations, and teaching team needsProvide administrative support to program managers, directors, and faculty as neededContribute to contingency coverage for essential program functions during staff absencesQualificationsBasic Qualifications:3 or more years of experience. Higher education may count towards experience.Additional InformationStandard Hours/Schedule: Please note this is a part-time, 20 hours (.57 FTE) per week position. The work schedule and location will be set by the department at its discretion and based upon operational needs. When not working at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location, employees in hybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University's Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location.
