General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

A law firm seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney in Bradenton, Florida. This role involves making critical decisions and significantly contributing to the firm's growth. The position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work from any Tampa-area office. The attorney will positively impact clients' lives by guiding them through the justice process. Duties Handle all pre-litigation work daily. Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation. Manage the release approval process. Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability. Drive compliance and KPIs among the team. Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association. 1+ years of personal injury experience. Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active membership with the Florida State Bar Association. Skills Strong leadership and team management.
