**Responsibilities:**

* Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
* Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as transferring, ambulating, and positioning

* Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients
