The Housekeeper is responsible for providing highest standards of cleanliness and quality on the community. Essential Job Functions: * Provides daily cleaning of assigned resident units, assisted living center, community center and other common areas.

• Responsible for the care of all equipment on housekeeping cart.
• Stocks housekeeping cart at end of shift.
• Stocks housekeeping closets.
• Possesses a basic understanding of infection control.
• Possesses a basic knowledge of chemical usage.

Standards. Maintains a professional image to the public and residents. * Works in accordance with established safety guidelines; uses proper body mechanics; follows safe work practices; wears appropriate safety gear. Starting pay ranges from $18.50 - $22.10 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay. Qualifications: Education: * High school education or vocational training preferred. Training and Experience: * Experience in housekeeping activities; use and maintenance of equipment. Knowledge and Abilities: * Experience in housekeeping activities and use of supplies preferred. The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
