Job Overview A law firm seeks a Technology Specialist (Physics) for its Dallas, TX office. This role is integral to the Intellectual Property practice, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and top-tier clients. Duties Draft patent applications, including descriptions and figures. Correspond with the patent office regarding pending applications. Advise patent litigation teams based on technical expertise. Interview inventors about new ideas. Requirements PhD in Physics or related field. 2+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred. Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Education PhD in Physics or related field. Certifications Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Skills Superior writing skills.
