Our client, a nationally recognized organization, is seeking a Client Experience/Front Desk Coordinator to join their San Jose office. This is an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity with a goal of starting someone within the next week.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver a high-quality client and guest experience
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and attorneys
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Arrange catering and hospitality services
- Manage incoming office traffic and ensure a seamless client experience
- Support front desk and administrative operations
