Billing Clerk - Contract - Remote

Job Details:
Billing Clerk – 6 month contract – fully remote
We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk for a 6 month contract! In this role, you'll support the Billing department by maintaining customer and vendor records, processing invoices, managing purchase orders, updating customer portals, and providing administrative support to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of billing, accounts receivable, or administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Experience with customer portals such as Ariba, Coupa, or SAP is a plus
