The Opportunity Newfi Lending is hiring seasoned Mortgage Loan Officers for our new Chandler, AZ location! Requirements Key Responsibilities Utilize daily dashboard data to determine your business trends and course correct when necessary. Partner with internal support team to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs. Develop an account database that hits key metrics such as pull-through, product mix and loan quality. Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements. Requirements Proven ability to prospect and develop business through outbound calling, drip campaigns, and social media. Experience building and maintaining realtor partnerships and executing self-sourced business. Minimum 2 years of successful loan origination experience. Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience. High proficiency with advanced online technologies. Must be SAFE Act compliant and hold an active NMLS license (UST).
