About the Role: FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team. If you have a passion for helping others and want a fulfilling career in home care, we want to hear from you! *** Immediate openings, 12 hour shifts, Monday through Sunday*** Responsibilities: Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Requirements: Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related healthcare setting preferred Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Sunday (flexible scheduling) Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for serving others Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans About Us: FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is a trusted provider of non-medical and personal home care services in the Naperville, IL area, dedicated to helping clients live safely and independently at home.
