MLR is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's top-tier healthcare team near West Richland, Washington!

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care across various healthcare environments, including acute care, outpatient, and long-term care facilities.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, carefully monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments.
Provide patient and family education on managing health conditions and support their efforts toward recovery and health maintenance.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Follow infection control guidelines to maintain a safe, clean environment for both patients and staff.

Registered Nurse Qualifications :

Must hold a current Washington RN license.
Previous experience in nursing within a relevant setting is preferred.
BLS certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
ACLS and PALS certifications are required within six months of hire.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
