Registered Nurse - RN Full Time / Competitive Pay / Multiple Specialties Available MLR is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's top-tier healthcare team near West Richland, Washington! Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care across various healthcare environments, including acute care, outpatient, and long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, carefully monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide patient and family education on managing health conditions and support their efforts toward recovery and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Follow infection control guidelines to maintain a safe, clean environment for both patients and staff.
- Must hold a current Washington RN license.
- Previous experience in nursing within a relevant setting is preferred.
- BLS certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
- ACLS and PALS certifications are required within six months of hire.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
