Graphic Designer

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development and production of brand communications across print and digital channels. This role will translate creative direction into polished, accurate, on-brand deliverables for a B2B furniture company, balancing thoughtful design development with the speed and precision required for high-volume production work. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Project Coordinator and cross-functional partners, you will create collateral, point-of-sale materials, event graphics, digital advertising, web and email assets, presentations, reports, and other marketing materials as needed. The ideal candidate brings a refined visual sensibility, strong production skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining consistency across a complex portfolio of products, channels, and audiences.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop thoughtful design concepts and production-ready solutions across print and digital channels, from initial layout through final delivery, and present these concepts effectively. Create and update marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, product sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, specification materials, and other channel-support tools. Design point-of-sale collateral and signage for retail, showroom, dealer, and trade environments, considering scale, legibility, fabrication, and installation needs. Develop event design systems and signage for trade shows, markets, product launches, meetings, and customer-facing events. Produce digital advertising assets, including web banners, display ads, paid social creative, organic social content, and campaign extensions across required sizes and formats. modules, icons, wireframes, and responsive graphic needs. Support email marketing with graphic modules, promotional artwork, product imagery, and template-based designs that align with campaign goals and brand standards. Design polished presentations and reports that communicate product, marketing, sales, and performance information with clear visual hierarchy. Ability to retouch, color-correct, crop, mask, resize, and prepare product and lifestyle photography for print, digital, email, social, and web use as needed. Build accurate production files and mechanicals, ensuring bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, dimensions, file packaging, and vendor specifications are correct. Adapt approved creative across multiple channels, sizes, audiences, and formats while preserving the core concept, hierarchy, and brand consistency. Partner with the Senior Marketing Project Coordinator to manage priorities, timelines, feedback, routing, approvals, and delivery expectations. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, merchandising, digital, and external production partners to gather content and execute assignments efficiently. Maintain organized working files, version control, naming conventions, and archival practices in accordance with established team workflows. Other duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, production design, or a related in-house or agency role. design, digital design, and production execution. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and. Working knowledge of Figma and light UX/UI principles, with the ability to create simple web layouts, modules, and wireframes. Strong understanding of print production, including preflight, bleeds, color management, image resolution, large-format graphics, finishing, and vendor specifications. Understanding of digital channel requirements across web, display advertising, social media, and email, including responsive sizing and file optimization. Strong photo-retouching skills, including color correction, masking, compositing, cleanup, cropping, and image resizing. Excellent attention to detail with a high standard for typography, spacing, alignment, accuracy, and visual consistency. Ability to interpret creative direction, contribute original design thinking, and translate approved concepts into polished production-ready work. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, revisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience in furniture, interiors, luxury goods, retail, or B2B marketing is preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered. 3-7 years of professional graphic design experience supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives. A portfolio demonstrating both design development and production design across print and digital Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to prepare accurate files for print vendors and digital platforms.
