Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a privately owned architecture firm, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle. This position will coordinate core HR programs while helping maintain a professional, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and employee departures.

Administer employee records, benefits enrollment, leave, and HR system updates.

Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.

Support performance review, compensation, and employee development processes.

Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state employment requirements.

Prepare HR reports and monitor workforce trends.

Coordinate employee events, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
