Benefits Good weekly pay - because you make customers happy Health benefits - medical, dental, vision 401(k) option - future you will thank you Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of professional Human Resources experience HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices Experience with recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Job Duties Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment Serve as a resource for employee relations, providing guidance and support Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data Support performance management by tracking evaluations and assisting managers with documentation Coordinate employee training and professional development programs Prepare HR reports and metrics to support business decisions Support employee engagement initiatives, company culture, and retention strategies Perform additional HR‑related duties as assigned Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
