HR & Recruitment Specialist

Community Development Institute Head Start

Lafayette, LA

CDI Head Start in St. Martin Parish, LA seeks an HR Specialist to manage recruiting and hiring. The role involves maintaining staff files in ADP, performing background checks, references checks, and general office duties. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with MS Word/Excel proficiency and a high school diploma or GED as a baseline. Some HR/secretarial experience is preferred.
