From building scalable interview frameworks to creating a candidate experience that reflects our values, the team lays the foundation for the long-term success of Relativity.About the Role:Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of corporate and business functions, including Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Legal, Communications and Brand, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting. This role is a critical partner to G&A business leaders, translating evolving workforce needs into thoughtful, effective recruiting strategies while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. You will join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that moves with urgency, operates with precision, and is deeply committed to attracting and closing exceptional talent.Partner closely with G&A leaders and People Business Partners to translate workforce plans into clear, executable recruiting strategiesServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence, talent calibration, structured feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring processProactively source and engage passive talent through targeted outreach, networking, market research, and creative sourcing strategies—not solely inbound pipelinesLead offer strategy, including compensation benchmarking, candidate consultation, negotiation, and closing approachesDeliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Relativity’s brand, values, and high standards at every touchpointMaintain accurate, actionable data in Greenhouse and contribute to reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer outcomes, and quality of hireAbout You:6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience supporting G&A or other corporate functionsDemonstrated ability to lead complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above—with discretion, rigor, and a high bar for qualityExperience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments; startup, technology, aerospace, or defense experience is a plusStrong sourcing skills and a proven ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill and highly specialized rolesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and provide thoughtful pushback when neededHighly collaborative team player with the ability to independently manage and own a full book of businessNice to have but not required: Experience hiring for Finance or Legal functions specificallyFamiliarity with compensation structures in pre-IPO or publicly traded tech/aerospace companiesBackground supporting Executive recruiting or C-suite partnershipsAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
